DeepGreen at the Open Access Days 2023

We are excited to be part of the Open Access Days 2023 in Berlin this week. On Thursday 9/28/2013 we will be presenting our talk “Did you get what you paid for? Monitoring publisher data in DeepGreen” and hope to have a lively discussion. In our presentation, we will address the topic of monitoring publisher data. The goal of such monitoring is to improve quality and ensure complete data delivery through DeepGreen.

Adaptations to the Storage Infrastructure

Since the start of pilot operations in 2021, the DeepGreen router has processed approximately 1.5 million documents and a data volume of approximately 7 TB. This data continues to be held for potential new participant repositories to provide them with direct data retrieval.
In order to continue to ensure searchability and perform error-free backups of this large amount of data, the storage infrastructure was reorganized and put into a tree structure in early September.
