Looking back: DeepGreen user meeting at the BiblioCon 2024 in Hamburg

The DeepGreen user meeting took place on June 5, 2024 at BiblioCon 2024 in Hamburg and was well attended with 20 participants.

At the beginning of the user meeting, the current status was presented and an outlook on new publishing cooperations and technical developments was given. This year’s special topic was a brief introduction to Diamond Open Access and possible uses for DeepGreen. Afterwards, the users had time to exchange ideas. Three groups were formed for this purpose: a group for OPUS repositories, a group for DSpace and a group for MyCoRe, EPrints and in-house developments. The opportunity to exchange ideas was well used and current challenges were discussed.
