This year’s Open Access Days took place in beautiful Constance from September 17-19, 2025. DeepGreen was represented with two contributions this time.

The poster “The DeepGreen client – Efficient and innovative data delivery” was presented at the poster marketplace. The poster is dedicated to a client that uses the web API to import DeepGreen articles into the repositories, whereby the import is automated and controllable for the users. The DeepGreen client is to be implemented as a prototype for OPUS 4 repositories by the end of the year.

DeepGreen was also part of the workshop “Open Access as an organizational and institutional challenge”. This workshop dealt with the challenges of financing and sustaining open access infrastructures. DeepGreen was presented as one of six services.

We were very pleased with the intensive exchange and hope to meet again next year.
